The background is a photo of the famous Stetson auditorium where there were performances and   awards and bonuses were announced. The gallery above showcases the different benefits and facilities provided for the workers specifically, including a girls' cafeteria, the Stetson hospital, the Stetson baseball park, and many more.
The Stetson Company aimed to provide its employees with lifelong benefits and activities. This practice kept worker loyalty and kept unionization out of the company. The company did everything it could to promote staying loyal to the company, and many workers utilized and benefited from the facilities and programs. From factory floor medical clinics to baseball leagues, Christmas turkeys and "Americanization" classes, all of these were provided especially for the workers and their families within the huge Stetson complex. Around the factory, there was a huge Stetson community, where the people around it were allowed to utilize things like the Stetson hospital. Stetson even had a loan program for people to take out loans and mortgages. All of these programs and facilities helped Stetson gain a good reputation among industrial Philadelphia.
